Episode 255 – My Neighbour Totoro

My Neighbour Totoro

We failed to get to the Genocidal Organ screenings last month, so we needed an equivalent replacement. What better replacement than 1988’s My Neighbour Totoro? What’s more, our guest Grace Chan did see Genocidal Organ so we can find out how they compare.

Plus a game of “Neighbours” and Anthony’s Neighbour The Lambton Worm…

Let’s Go! Episode 50 – Let’s Buy Equipment

Brian has a new mixer, so we’re sounding better than last week. We add Magical Circle Guru Guru to the new anime we’re watching. Vatican Miracle Examiners continues to delight with its schlock. And we talk a lot about a blink and you’ll miss it scene that makes us question whether or not to continue with Made in Abyss. Plus, Stain lays out the law, Krillin takes to the spotlight, Nina and Jeanne go to heaven and Kanemori Steve’s dog tracks down Pascal.

Let’s Go! Episode 49 – Let’s Forget This Episode Existed

If it wasn’t for the need to keep the continuity of episodes we are covering up, I’d have skipped posting this. We had a bunch of audio problems and then further problems with the recordings. What we have left is the best I could put together. I’ve heard worse, but feel free to give it pass if it’s too annoying.

Anyway, we watched a bunch of new stuff like Vatican Miracle Examiners, Made in Abyss and Welcome to the Ballroom.

Let’s Go! Episode 48 – Let’s Fight

The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived. The Tournament of Power begins! Way back at the start of February, the Zen-Oh’s decided to have this tournament, and 20 episodes later the first punches are thrown. Meanwhile, Rage of Bahamut Virgin Soul reaches its mid-point as an ancient weapon is unleashed on the Gods. Tiger Mask W takes a victory lap and makes a back door pilot for Masked Tiger Springer. And we discuss the origins of folktales with this week’s Goma-chan.

Let’s Go! Episode 47 – Let’s Get Wet

Let's Get Wet

On this week’s Let’s Go! we take a walk in the rain with Goma-chan. We meet 70 characters who we hope will all eventually get names in Dragon Ball Super. The gang break out of jail in Rage of Bahamut. Tiger Mask W reaches a climax and we say farewell to The Laughing Salesman and the hapless invaders from Makeruna!! Aku no Gundan.
