This week Gary Hedges joins us to decide which boxing, MMA and wrestling anime are worthy of the term FAMOUS. Brian forgets to mention that Kinnikuman was already declared famous and so we don’t bring it up on the podcast.

It’s been a while, but we are back at the poker table as Elliot Page from UK Anime Network Podcast and Niall Flanagan from Secret of the Sailor Madness join us to match anime cat against anime cat in a feline flurry of fury. Robot cats, dead cats, live cats and men dressed as cats all feature in this game-packed episode of Dynamite In The Brain.

Six weeks late, but just in time for Wrestlemania, we are finally releasing our first Wrestling and Anime podcast. With special guest Bradley Meek from the Anime Now podcast.
Our theme is loosely New Japan Pro Wrestling, and it’s one that works itself very loose as we start with this week’s Just Enough To Bluff topic, 1969’s Tiger Mask and work our way to the barely wrestling related Love Live. With stops along the way for a Go Nagai bio-armour show, a gag episode of a long running anime series and the thing that pays NJPW owner Bushiroad’s bills – card games! Plus we watch some related wrestling matches and of course, play a game.
Part 2 to follow later this year, as we look at Kinnikuman and more!
